Terms of Service

Palm Beach HVAC Repair Company provides residential and commercial HVAC services including but not limited to air conditioning repair, installation, maintenance, duct cleaning, mini-split system installation, and indoor air quality solutions throughout Palm Beach County, Florida. Service availability is subject to technician availability, weather conditions, and other factors. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

All estimates are provided based on initial diagnosis. Final pricing is determined after complete inspection of the equipment and system. We provide written estimates before performing any work exceeding our diagnostic fee. Pricing may vary based on: • Equipment brand and model • Parts availability and cost • Complexity of the repair or installation • Emergency service surcharges (for after-hours calls) • Required permits or inspections We are committed to upfront, transparent pricing. No additional charges will be added without your written or verbal authorization.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger installations ($2,000+), we may require a deposit of up to 50% prior to ordering equipment. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee plus any applicable bank charges. Accounts more than 30 days past due are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

Labor Warranty: We provide a 1-year warranty on all labor performed. If a repair we performed fails within one year due to workmanship, we will return and repair it at no labor charge. Parts Warranty: Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by component. We will assist in processing warranty claims on your behalf. New Equipment: Installed equipment carries the manufacturer's standard warranty. Extended warranties may be available and will be discussed at the time of sale. Warranties are void if: • The equipment is serviced by another party • The failure results from abuse, misuse, or neglect • Required maintenance is not performed • Modifications are made without our approval

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled service appointment with at least 2 hours' advance notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice or no-show appointments may be subject to a $75 trip fee. For equipment installations where deposits have been paid, cancellation after equipment has been ordered may result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover equipment restocking fees.

You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to your property and HVAC equipment. Failure to provide adequate access may result in inability to complete the service and may incur a trip charge. Our technicians will make every effort to protect your home during service visits, including using floor protection, shoe covers, and careful handling of your belongings. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage that is discovered during our visit.

In no event shall Palm Beach HVAC Repair Company be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or your use of our website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for: • Pre-existing conditions in your HVAC system or home • Damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control • Loss of use of your HVAC system during repair or maintenance periods • Energy costs or increased utility bills

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in Palm Beach County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
